About this Work From Home Call Center Executive job in Sri Lanka
Businesses run ads on Facebook, Google and other channels, and people send enquiries. Your job is to make the first friendly call to those people, find out what they need, and record it clearly so the client's sales team knows who to follow up with. This is not hard selling: you're there to have a conversation and record what you learn.
This islandwide, work-from-home role suits university students, school leavers aged 18 or older, parents, homemakers and people looking for extra income alongside another job. Calling or customer service experience is welcome, but clear speaking and reliability matter more. We train you before your first project.

How you get paid

Customer data is confidential
- Use lead details only for the assigned project; never share them, save them to personal contacts or use them for anything else.
- Delete project lead lists and records from your devices when the project ends.
- Never contact leads outside the project or for personal reasons.
- Call only within agreed hours and respect anyone who asks not to be called again.
- Every caller signs a confidentiality agreement.

What you'll do
- Call each person on the project lead list using the supplied script and questions.
- Ask what they need, how interested they are and when they plan to decide.
- Record interested, needs more information, callback, not interested or no answer in the shared sheet.
- Log requirements, questions and next steps accurately for the client's sales team.
- Complete the agreed list by the project deadline and submit your report for a quality check.
What we're looking for
- Clear, polite speaking voice in Sinhala, Tamil or English; two or more languages are a plus.
- A reliable mobile phone for calls and a smartphone or laptop with internet for Google Sheets.
- A quiet place to call without background noise.
- Availability within the calling hours and deadline agreed for each project.
- Reliability: finish the work you accept, on time.
- 18 years or older.
