Social Media Manager
What you'll do
- Plan monthly social media content calendars for client brands
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn pages day-to-day
- Brief graphic designers and video editors on creative assets
- Schedule posts, reels, stories and TikToks across multiple accounts
- Engage with followers, manage inboxes and respond to comments
- Track engagement, reach and follower growth and report monthly
- Support the performance team with boosted posts and paid social
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on social media management experience
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Experience writing captions in English and Sinhala
- Comfort briefing designers and editors on creative direction
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer or similar tools
- Basic understanding of paid social and boosted post performance
