Sales Manager
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives selling digital products across Sri Lanka
- Set monthly revenue targets and hold the team accountable to consistent performance
- Own the full sales pipeline — prospecting, pitching, closing, and retention
- Develop and refine sales scripts, pitch decks, and proposal templates for digital services
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and high-value clients
- Work closely with the digital delivery team to ensure client expectations are met
- Report weekly to senior leadership on pipeline health, revenue, and team performance
- Identify new market opportunities and verticals for digital product sales in Sri Lanka
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of sales experience in Sri Lanka, with at least 1 year in a team lead or management role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets consistently
- Experience selling digital products, SaaS, media, or marketing services is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership skills — you can motivate, coach, and develop junior sales staff
- Excellent communication in Sinhala and English (Tamil a plus)
- Data-driven mindset — you use numbers to make decisions, not just instinct
- Existing network of business contacts across Sri Lankan industries is highly valued
- No specific degree required — we hire on results, leadership ability, and commercial drive
